About the site

The site describes our marketing, sales and client-relationship services. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Gap Map calls

Gap Map calls are free and carry no obligation to buy. Booking takes place on Calendly, under Calendly’s own terms and privacy policy.

Results and examples

Figures, case studies and examples on the site describe past client work. Results depend on each business, its market and many factors outside our control, so they are not a promise or guarantee of what you will achieve. Pricing depends on the scope of work, and we confirm costs in writing before you commit.

Intellectual property

The site’s text, design, photographs, logos and code belong to Gravitate Media or are used with permission. You may view the site and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse its content without our written permission. Client names and logos belong to their owners and are shown to identify businesses we have worked with.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we don’t control, such as Calendly. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free, complete or always available, and we may change it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Gravitate Media is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
